Annette relocated from the West Coast (Huntington Beach, California) with her family in July 2014 and currently resides in Florham Park. She is an active participant in the East Hanover/ Florham Park school and recreation programs. Annette is also a volunteer at Holy Family Church and Morristown Soup Kitchen. Annette made her decision to continue her 17-year journey in Real Estate at Howard Hanna Rand Realty because of her desire to put service above anything else. “At a Boutique office, my clients are not a number. I am encouraged to spend the time that is required to make the buying and selling process enjoyable”, says Capo. Annette was awarded the National Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence Award in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. She also holds the title for Elite "Best of the Best" Morris County Real Estate Agent award from 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022.
